1993 – Executive Search operations were started in BLM-Consort. The first significant executive assignment was a search for Country Manager for a leading multinational company. By now, we are proud to have successfully completed over 400 searches for top and senior managerial positions.

2004 – Executive Search operations were singled out as a separate business in Consort Executive Search Ltd. (Consort ES for short), our group was renamed into CONSORT Consulting Group and incorporates nine companies.

2005 – Consort ES joined the International Executive Search Federation (IESF) as its exclusive member for Russia/CIS. Nowadays IESF is the world’s largest executive search network with 160 independent companies from 40 countries. The aim of IESF is to provide top level professional services by the local market experts to the Federation clients worldwide.

2006 – Consort ES hosted IESF Annual Global Meeting in Moscow, the first ever event in Russian history of such scope in Executive Search. The International Migration of Top Managers seminar was held as part of the Meeting, attracting over a hundred professionals. It turned out to be one of the world’s pilot initiatives to create a professional forum for discussing this issue of ever growing significance.
