Elaboration, agreement and acceptance by the Client of the PROPOSAL which contains all the necessary information for search (about company, position, methods and sources of search, stages and schedule of its fulfillment, criteria of candidates selection, professional fee, guarantees, search team, etc.).
2nd stage: MARKET RESEARCH AND FORMATION OF LONG LIST
Analysis of market and compilation of the list of all companies, where potential candidates suitable to job description, can work at
Elaboration of the Search Map and its agreement with the Client
Contacts with key people in the researched sphere, analysis of current market situation, determination of leading market players
Analysis of market of specialists on agreed with the Client criteria, following the Search Map
Formation and presentation to the Client of Long List of all potential candidates with brief information about each of them.
3rd stage: FORMATION OF SHORT LIST
Selection together with the Client of the most suitable Long List's candidates for further elaboration
Profound interviews with potential candidates, their professional and personal screening, estimation of their motivation and salary expectations
Formation of detailed Confidential Reports on the candidates who underwent all stages of interviewing
Formation and presentation of Short List of candidates recommended for interviewing in the Client company.
4th stage: FINAL SELECTION, CONCLUSION OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Arranging interviews of short-listed candidates with the Client(not less than 3)
Provision of feedback from the candidates and the Client
Assistance in selection of the final candidate (candidates)
Thorough Reference checking of the final candidates
Assistance in negotiations, if necessary in drafting of the Employment Agreement.
5th stage: FOLLOW UP
Follow up and assistance in adaptation of the new employee
